The Wine Club arrives at Ojo for a one-night-only pairing experience centered around Armand de Brignac Champagne.
The menu moves from kampachi ceviche with mezcal and caviar to char siu tacos, grilled fish zarandeado, and slow-cooked short rib, paired with standout selections including Armand de Brignac “Ace of Spades,” Cloudy Bay, and Terrazas de los Andes. Bold flavors, elevated pours, and Ojo after dark.
