Chef Willy Monroy – Milpa
Originally from Colima, Mexico, Chef Willy Monroy made history as the first Mexican chef in Japan to earn a Michelin star, awarded in 2025 to his Osaka restaurant, Milpa. His culinary style blends heirloom Mexican ingredients with Japanese seasonality, creating a dialogue between two traditions while remaining rooted in authenticity. From humble beginnings in a tortilla shop to the international fine-dining stage, Willy brings creativity, passion, and precision to every dish.

Recently crowned winner of the Jameson cocktail Competition, Phu brings both skill and good energy to every shift.
La Copita
La Copita is one of Bangkok’s most beloved agave bars, known for its vibrant standing-room-only format and easygoing energy.
